How long will it take for customer service to respond to my inquiry?
We typically respond to customer inquiries within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a response within that timeframe, please follow up with us by sending another message.
How do I know which size to choose for the clothes?
All of our items are U.S. sizes. To find the right size for you, please refer to our size guide, which is available on each item page. The size guide includes measurements and fit tips, and we recommend that you measure yourself carefully to ensure a good fit.
Do you offer gift cards?
Very soon we will have our first gift cards. Stay tuned.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order by logging in to your account and checking the status of your order. We will also send you tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
How long does processing take after I've placed my order?
All orders are processed in 24 to 48 hours.
All the packages are packed with all the love of our small business, we are fan of small details, we do our best work on them so you can feel special as part of our mermaid club
Shipping to Costa Rica has a fixed value of $22 and they take from 15 to 22 days to reach their destination.
We know that you can't wait to be at the beach enjoying the sunny days ☀️ , so we do our best to pack the orders as soon as possible, but in case you need faster processing time we offer same day drop off (to the mailing office) for only $2.

About returns and refunds
Since we are a small company we do not offer refunds, but all requests made within 2 days of receiving the order can ask for an exchange or store credit, as long as the items are in good condition, have all the original packaging, tags and sanitary stickers.
For the return fees, we do not cover them, so please make sure you select the right products before purchasing as customers are responsible for paying the fees.
We appreciate the understanding as we are dealing with bikinis.
Can I cancel my order?
We work quickly to fulfill all orders, so we cannot always guarantee cancellations, all cancellations have a 4% bank processing fee. So we recommend to review carefully your order before purchasing. However if you need help changing an item, size or address before the package has shipped, you can send us an email to info@gabbyandtimni.com and we will be happy to assist you
When will the clothes or items that are sold out be restocked?
We strive to restock all of our clothing and merchandise as often as possible. However, due to limited availability and the fact that many of our items are limited edition, we cannot guarantee restocks. You can sign up for email notifications or contact our customer service team for more information on the availability of specific items.
How can I take care for my GT Kinis?
Hi girly 🌸👙✨ we know that you love your kinis and you want to take good care of them. For that, it is essential to wash your bikini every time after use, particularly when going to the pool, as chlorine in the water can damage the fabric.
When washing, it is recommended to do so by hand, as the underwire in bikinis can be easily damaged by washing machines. Additionally, it is best to allow your bikini to dry naturally, rather than using a dryer, to prevent any shrinkage. Proper care and attention will help keep your bikinis looking great, even after repeated use.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we offer shipping exclusively to the US and Costa Rica. We hope to expand our club and share our original fun designs with besties worldwide in the near future.

If my order says delivered but I don't have my package, what should I do?
If you have received notification that your package has been delivered but are unable to locate it, we advise first checking with neighbors and any other individuals who may have signed for your package. Please note that we only send packages with sign delivery required, therefore, a signature is necessary to confirm receipt. If after checking with neighbors and others, you still cannot locate your package, we recommend contacting the appropriate mailing company for assistance.
They will be able to provide you with further information on the delivery status and any steps you may need to take to locate your package. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation✨
